READ THE SPREAD BEFORE THE BANDSAll 12 domains currently sit between 3.1 and 4.6 on a 0–10 scale — a spread of 1.5. 8 of them fall on the ELEVATED side of the 4.0 band boundary, but a domain at 4.0 and a domain at 3.9 differ by a tenth of a provisional point, not by a state of the world. That is why this board draws magnitude as a bar and reserves red and amber for things we checked and found impaired.
